Non-Returnable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Internal Pre-Assembled Doorsets: Custom-made and tailored to your specifications with a lead time of 8-12 weeks.
  • External Aluminium and Solid Oak Doors: Made to order with a lead time of 4-8 weeks.
  • Any Bespoke Made to Measure Items

Please ensure all order details are correct before finalising your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@artisdoors.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Pocket and Sliding Door Systems

These items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@artisdoors.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
