Lead Times

  • Internal Pre-Assembled Doorsets: These bespoke items have a lead time of 8-12 weeks from the date of order. Due to their custom nature, they are non-refundable.
  • External Aluminium and Solid Oak Doors: These bespoke doors have a lead time of 4-8 weeks from the date of order. They are also non-refundable due to customisation.
  • Pocket and Sliding Door Systems: These are available for shipping within a few working days from the date of order.

Delivery Process

  1. Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and estimated delivery times.
  2. Production: Bespoke doors will enter production following order confirmation. During this period, we will keep you updated on the progress.
  3. Shipping Notification: Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
  4. Delivery: Our delivery team will ensure your doors are transported safely to your specified address.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all internal pre-assembled doorsets and external doors are non-refundable once the order is placed. Please ensure all details and specifications are correct before finalising your order.
